Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed April 17, 2023 found that Valley Med Home Health Care, Llc. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a federal recertification survey completed on February 14, 2023.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey completed February 14, 2023.
